Appalachian Glow – Purchase & Cancellation Policy
At Appalachian Glow, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and worry-free as possible. Please read our purchase and cancellation terms carefully.
1. Purchase Options
Customers can purchase products in two ways:
A. One-Time Purchase
• Pay once for the product of your choice.
• Available for candles, wax melts, diffusers, and gift sets.
• Payment is processed securely at checkout.
B. Monthly Subscription
• Recurring monthly subscription boxes are billed automatically on the same date each month.
• Includes hand-poured candles, wax melts, a 10 ml car diffuser, and a scripture card.
• Pricing: $27/month (first box may include a founding member discount if applicable).
• Shipping is included.
2. Cancellation & Skipping Orders
Subscription Boxes
• You may cancel or skip a subscription at any time.
• To cancel or skip a month:
1. Log in to your account, or
2. Contact us at appalachianglowllc@gmail.com
• Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before your next billing/shipping date to avoid being charged for that month.
• Prepaid subscriptions (3- or 6-month plans) cannot be refunded for boxes already shipped.
One-Time Orders
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, all one-time purchases are final.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to replace or resolve the issue.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
• One-time purchases: Refunds are not available. Replacement for damaged items may be offered at our discretion.
• Subscriptions: No refund for boxes already billed or shipped. Future shipments may be skipped or cancelled according to the terms above.
