At Appalachian Glow, we are committed to delivering your hand-poured candles, wax melts, and subscription boxes safely and on time. Please read our shipping policies carefully.

1. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Subscription boxes are shipped once per month and are processed during the first week of the month unless otherwise notified.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Standard shipping is provided via USPS or UPS (depending on your location).
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
  • Please note these are estimates; delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Subscription boxes: Free shipping included.
  • One-time orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Monthly subscription boxes ship automatically during the first week of each month.
  • You will receive a notification and tracking number for each shipment.
